• Will I receive a certificate following completion of the course?
  Yes – once you have finished all the assignments to a satisfactory level you will be sent a Diploma.
• Are there any hidden costs? Will I need any special kit or supplies to be able to complete the course?
  No – you will need a computer, laptop or tablet to access the files, but you probably already have this at home or in your business.
• How much can I expect to earn as a Personal Shopper?
  This depends on your ideal client and where you live. In cities eg London, Paris and Milan, Personal Shoppers tend to demand higher prices. In the UK you could expect to earn at least £35 per hour in more rural areas, rising to over £500 per day in London. So you could pay back the investment in this course with just a couple of paying clients!!
• Will I learn about Colour and Style with this course and what will suit my client?
  While elements of colour and style are included it is assumed you already have a good grounding in these subjects. It is therefore not suitable for those who have not studied these topics in some depth. The course will give you the fundamentals and advanced strategies for offering a personal shopping service, the knowledge of how to build and market your business and provide you with the essential information you will need to offer a shopping service to any age group - for both the leisure wear and business wear client, regardless of their style personality.
• How do I find my clients?
  The course features a complete module in Marketing Your Business, you will also be expected to complete a Business and Marketing Plan as part of your studies.
• How  long will it take to complete?
  The course is available via distance learning, which means that you can work at your own pace. As a rough guide, if you can dedicate 5 hours a week you should complete within 2 months
  This time includes reading magazines, background research, your own shopping expeditions as well as reading coursework and assignments.
